WARRANTY

We offer a lifetime warranty on all the components we sell.  If for any reason they fail to function properly, send us picture and a story and we'll get you taken care of.  

We also have a satisfaction guarantee. If you receive your mirror and aren't happy with it for any reason, you can return it for a refund.

 

Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA customers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you nominate, receive the last item of your order. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your communication concerning your withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.

How to withdraw. You can cancel or return your order at any time before it ships, and for 14 days after delivery, using the "Cancel or return an order" link in our website footer or the Orders page in your customer account. You may also notify us of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement through our Contact page. Use of the model withdrawal form is optional.

Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them, whichever is earliest.

Returning the goods. You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we state otherwise. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exceptions. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized. Other statutory exceptions may also apply.
